We are looking for a Cooling Design Engineer with strong mechanical design experience to develop and improve cooling components and systems. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience with Creo 3D CAD, Teamcenter, cooling systems, thermodynamics, GD&T, and mechanical product development.
The engineer will work closely with customers and cross-functional engineering teams to design, develop, test, and deliver production-ready cooling products.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and modify cooling components and systems based on customer and project requirements.
- Develop 3D models and detailed engineering drawings using Creo CAD.
- Work with cross-functional engineering teams to define requirements, specifications, and design solutions.
- Support the complete product development lifecycle from requirements gathering through design, testing, and production.
- Build and evaluate prototypes and support testing and validation activities.
- Troubleshoot design and system issues and implement engineering solutions.
- Support supplier development, buy/build analysis, cost estimates, and technical documentation.
- Prepare and maintain functional requirements, design documentation, drawings, and engineering reports.
- Apply knowledge of thermodynamics, thermal analysis, structural analysis, and cooling system technology.
- Ensure designs meet applicable engineering standards, GD&T requirements, and production requirements.
- Communicate regularly with internal teams, customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering field.
- 3–4 years of relevant mechanical design experience.
- Strong hands‑on experience with Creo CAD.
- Experience working with Teamcenter and engineering drawing release processes.
- Strong understanding of GD&T, mechanical drawings, 2D/3D modeling, and assemblies.
- Knowledge of cooling systems and mechanical product development.
