Job summary

You will review and approve deliverables, lead root cause analysis, mentor the design team, and drive process improvements while coordinating with management and suppliers. Occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical or related) required.
• 8+ years in relevant fields with at least 2+ years in leadership roles.
• Essential skills include leadership, communication, conflict resolution, CAD and CAE proficiency, problem-solving, and knowledge of FTA and FMEA.

Responsibilities
