Qualifications

• 5 to 8 years of progressive mechanical and plumbing design experience within an A/E environment.
• Active Florida Professional Engineer license, or eligibility for immediate reciprocity.
• Experience designing building systems and supporting engineering documentation for complex facilities work.

Responsibilities

• Lead mechanical and plumbing design efforts for renovation, upgrade, and new build projects.
• Prepare coordinated engineering drawings, system layouts, design calculations, and technical documentation.
• Provide technical support during construction, including review of submittals and responses to field questions.
