Job summary

Qualifications

• Four-year college degree from an accredited Mechanical or Architectural Engineering program.
• Passing the Fundamentals of Engineering Exam and E.I. certification is a plus.
• Experience with Revit, AutoCAD and other design related software.
• Knowledge of Building, Mechanical, Plumbing, Fire, Energy Conservation, and Fuel Gas codes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and design within a BIM design environment.
• Create, read and interpret mechanical drawings and specifications.
• Collaborate with the internal and external project team to execute a project from concept to completion including meetings, site visits, RFIs, submittal reviews.
• Travel to jobsites throughout the state and region.
