Qualifications

• 2 or more years in a machine design environment.
• 5 or more years in machine design environment for ASME candidates.
• Ability to follow written instructions; ISO 9001 facility.

Responsibilities

• Design: Work within SolidWorks and AutoCAD to create 3D/2D models.
• Problem Solving: Provide engineering support for troubleshooting.
• Continuous improvement: Identify issues and develop solutions.

Skills

SolidWorks (Focus in Sheet Metal, Multibody Parts, & Weldments)

AutoCAD interface with legacy designs

Pneumatic and hydraulic circuit designs

Hand calculations and understanding of computer-generated calculations

Microsoft 365 suite

Education

4-year/bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering

2-year/associate’s degree in mechanical technology
