Job description

This range is provided by Delta Staffing. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.

Base pay range

$65,000.00/yr - $70,000.00/yr

Experience/Skills:

1. 2-5yr industry experience in a mechanical design setting required
2. Autodesk Inventor, minimum 2yr experience required
3. Autodesk Vault, experience preferred
4. Autodesk AutoCAD, experience preferred
5. Microsoft 365, must be proficient in basic use
6. Experience with GD&T & fitment between mechanical components preferred
7. Must be able to jump between projects quickly as requirements change
8. Must be self-motivated and enthusiastic about self-improvement
9. Must have good communication & organizational skills
10. Must be versatile, willing to adapt and learn new skills on the fly

Qualifications:

1. Associate’s degree preferred or working towards a bachelor’s degree in an engineering related field

Standout items:

1. Experience with the design & programming of robotic cells
2. Experience with DFM as it relates to CNC turning & milling
3. Knowledge of EOS and common manufacturing principles (5S, Kaizen etc)
4. Experience streamlining manufacturing processes & conducting time studies

Nice to haves:

1. Experience using an ERP system
2. Knowledge of electrical principles
3. Experience with pneumatics & hydraulics
