Job summary

Endress+Hauser Group in the United States is seeking a senior mechanical design engineer to transform ideas into robust products using aluminum/investment casting, metal forging and sheet metal technologies. You will drive development from concept to series production, perform FEM analyses, manage CAD models and documentation, and collaborate with global R&D, SCM, Quality and Manufacturing teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in mechanical engineering.
• 8–10 years of mechanical design and product development experience.
• Expertise in casting, forging and sheet metal design.
• Experience with Creo, Ansys, SAP ECTR and PLM systems.
• Solid knowledge of ISO GPS.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Which tasks will you perform?

What do we expect from you?

• Bachelor’s/master’s degree in mechanical engineering
• 8-10 years’ experience in mechanical design and product development Expertise in casting, forging and sheet metal design
• Knowledge of Creo, Ansys, SAP ECTR and PLM systems
• Demonstrated Abilities of Performing Mechanical Integrity Analysis and come up with feasibility analysis.
• Solid Knowledge of Geometrical Product Specifications (ISO GPS)
• Proficiency in 3D CAD Design.
• Experience in Mechanical Simulation and FEM Analysis.
• Experience with Product Development, Manufacturing Technologies, and Project based work environment
• Strong analytical and communication skills
