Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services seeks an experienced engineer for a Greensboro, NC product design role. You will contribute to design, development, and implementation of mechanical systems with emphasis on manufacturability and reliability.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in mechanical product design, strong solid modeling skills in Pro-E/Creo, and familiarity with AutoCAD. This position is based in Greensboro with salary in the listed range.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product design, development, and implementation.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience with solid modeling in Pro-E/Creo.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD is a plus.
• Experience with VAVE projects and design for manufacturability is a plus.

5+ years of experience in product design, development, and implementation, Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in

Mechanical engineering would be preferred

• Solid modeling experience in Pro-E/Creo.
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD is a plus.
• Experience in handling VAVE projects. Experience in design for manufacturability, FMEA, DOE, and Root Cause Analysis is a plus.
• Experience in machining processes, injection molding design, casting and sheet metal design preferred,
• knowledge of circuit board layout design a plus.

Location: Greensboro, NC

Salary Range: $90,000 - $110,000 a year
