Qualifications

• 4+ years mechanical construction project management.

Responsibilities

• Maintain positive relationships with customers and field personnel.
• Coordinate and supervise all field personnel and subcontractors.
• Ensure field personnel and subcontractors follow all job site safety protocols.
• Provide updates on field labor productivity for active projects.
• Develop understanding of the full scope: plans, specs, logistics, materials, equipment, submittals.
• Perform quality control duties, means and methods for mechanical construction projects.
• Manage project cash flow, projections, reporting, and personnel.
• Procure materials and equipment.
• Handle change orders.
• Read and interpret blueprints.
• Other duties as assigned.
