5F Mechanical Group Inc. is seeking a Mechanical Project Manager to lead our construction team on large commercial projects.

You will oversee project scope, schedule, cost control, and subcontractor coordination, providing technical leadership to field teams. Daily duties include reviewing estimates, developing and maintaining project schedules, managing cost reporting, and ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience on large commercial construction projects related to mechanical construction.
• Comprehensive knowledge of HVAC, sheet metal duct systems, plumbing and piping.
• Experience with cost and engineering functions using Excel (intermediate).
• Budgeting, cost estimating, and fiscal management principles.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall management direction for a project or group of projects.
• Procure equipment and subcontracts; monitor and project job costs accurately.
• Maintain billing and schedules; provide technical support to the field.
• Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships to foster future work.
• Visit job sites daily; approve progress and resolve contractual issues.
