Job summary

Kodiak Labor Solutions seeks a Mechanical Project Manager to lead large commercial and mission critical construction projects throughout Virginia. You will oversee schedules, budgets, subcontractors, procurement, and project execution.

Collaborate with owners, contractors, and field leadership while coordinating RFIs, submittals, and commissioning activities. This role requires strong knowledge of HVAC, piping, plumbing, and MEP systems, with experience in data centers or healthcare environments.

Qualifications

• Mechanical PM experience in construction
• Experience with HVAC, piping, and plumbing systems
• Experience in commercial, healthcare, pharmaceutical, mission critical, or data center projects
