gpac LLC. is seeking experienced Mechanical Project Managers to support large-scale commercial and industrial projects.

The role leads mechanical construction from preconstruction through closeout, coordinating with engineering and fabrication teams. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in commercial mechanical PM, with HVAC and plumbing experience, strong scheduling and financial tracking, and proven leadership.

A regionally recognized mechanical construction and facilities services firm is seeking experienced Mechanical Project Managers to support large-scale commercial and industrial projects. This organization provides full lifecycle mechanical solutions including HVAC, plumbing, controls/building automation, engineering services, and prefabrication support. Projects include healthcare, education, mission-critical facilities, commercial high-rise, and industrial installations.

Position Overview

The Project Manager is responsible for leading mechanical construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. This role requires strong leadership, financial oversight, scheduling expertise, and coordination with internal engineering and fabrication teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage project budgets, forecasting, and cost control
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules
• Oversee subcontractor and vendor coordination
• Manage submittals, RFIs, change orders, and pay applications
• Maintain strong client and contractor relationships
• Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial mechanical project management experience
