Job summary

The Thomas J. Dyer Company in Cincinnati, Ohio, is seeking a Project Manager for our full-service mechanical and plumbing operations.

You will plan, coordinate and execute projects, manage subcontractors and vendors, and maintain strong client relationships to deliver successful results. The role requires at least 5 years of project management experience, a related degree, and solid skills in budgeting, scheduling and cost control.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience as a Project Manager.
• Degree in Construction Management, Business Management or Engineering preferred.
• Must have comprehensive computer skills.
• Strong Mechanical and Process Pipe Systems knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate projects using best practices to deliver favorable outcomes.
• Coordinate subcontractors and vendors and maintain strong client relationships.
• Maintain project schedules, budgets and cost control.
• Communicate with Field Operations Manager and Owners to resolve issues.
• Ensure safety and compliance on projects.
