Job summary

GPAC is seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to lead large-scale commercial and industrial HVAC and plumbing projects from preconstruction through closeout.

This role requires strong leadership, scheduling mastery, and financial oversight as you coordinate with internal engineering, fabrication teams, and subcontractors to deliver on time and within budget while upholding safety and quality.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial mechanical project management experience.
• Experience managing large, complex HVAC and plumbing projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction scheduling and financial tracking.
• Familiarity with project management software platforms.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage project budgets, forecasting, and cost control.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules.
• Oversee subcontractor and vendor coordination.
• Manage submittals, RFIs, change orders, and pay applications.
• Maintain strong client and contractor relationships.
• Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
