Job summary

EMCOR Group is seeking a Project Engineer, Construction (Mechanical) to support the Project Manager on commercial mechanical construction projects in the Shippingport, PA area. You will assist with contract execution, prepare reports, perform QA/QC, and maintain project documentation while coordinating with field supervision across multiple sites.

Ideal candidates hold a mechanical engineering or related degree, internship or 1–3 years of field experience, and knowledge of OSHA standards;

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, construction management, business administration or related field.
• Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and construction contract language.
• Internship or 1–3 years of related field experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the execution and management of the terms of project contracts.
• Prepare and present computer generated spreadsheets and reports.
• Perform QA/QC for project equipment and materials and document control.
• Maintain regular communication with project superintendents on job sites.
• Generate and facilitate project documentation across all phases.
• Attend and participate in required meetings.
