Job summary

Holder Construction is seeking a Project Engineer to join our MEP Building Technology team on a Shippingport, PA project. This full-time, in-person role requires coordinating trades, materials, and design issues to drive project success.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree in construction/engineering or 3+ years of experience, plus outstanding communication, time management, and collaboration skills. relocation may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction/engineering or 3+ years experience.
• Strong communication and time management skills, computer skills, and collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• On-site trade coordination and management; coordinate material design, fabrication, delivery and installation.
• Interact with field supervision and manage cost and design issues (change orders, RFIs, document updates).
• Read and understand Construction Design Documents and Specifications.
• Perform construction cost estimates and quantity surveys for various scopes of work.
