Job summary

TSMC Arizona is seeking a Mechanical Construction Engineer to support the F21 FAB project in Phoenix, AZ. You will lead the construction, supervision and commissioning of mechanical systems including HVAC, clean room and air abatement, aligning with global standards.

You will collaborate across departments to resolve issues, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive reliability and safety in a fast-paced semiconductor construction environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master7s degree in Mechanical, Environmental, Chemical Engineering or related discipline.
• Related construction experience in mechanical systems for semiconductor industry or similar.
• Proficient in Word/Excel/PowerPoint/AutoCAD/Microsoft Project.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the construction, supervision and management of new FAB Mechanical systems (HVAC/clean room/air abatement).

Job Description :

Your main responsibilities include:

• Participate in the construction, supervision and management of new FAB Mechanical (HVAC/Clean room/Air abatement) systems.
• Cross-departmental communication and negotiation to resolve construction issues.
• New Fab Mechanical system commissioning.
• Comply with international regulations for New Fab construction.

Minimum Qualifications :

Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the United States and have:

• Bachelor or Master's Degree in Mechanical, Environmental, Chemical Engineering or in a relevant Engineering discipline.
• Have related construction experience in Mechanical system for semiconductor industry or other related industry.
• Proficient in Word/Excel/PowerPoint/AutoCAD/Project software
