Job summary

TSMC Arizona is seeking a Mechanical Construction Engineer for the F21 FAB project in Phoenix, AZ. You will participate in the construction, supervision and management of HVAC, clean room, and air abatement systems to support world-class semiconductor manufacturing.

Ideal candidates have a mechanical engineering degree, construction experience in the semiconductor sector, and proficiency with Word/Excel/PowerPoint/AutoCAD/Project.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Mechanical, Environmental, Chemical Engineering or related engineering discipline.
• Experience in Mechanical system construction for semiconductor industry or related industries.
• Proficient in Word/Excel/PowerPoint/AutoCAD/Project software.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Participate in the construction, supervision and management of new FAB Mechanical (HVAC/Clean room/Air abatement) systems.
• Cross-departmental communication and negotiation to resolve construction issues.
• New Fab Mechanical system commissioning.
• Comply with international regulations for New Fab construction.

Minimum Qualifications

Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the United States and have:

• Bachelor or Master's Degree in Mechanical, Environmental, Chemical Engineering or in a relevant Engineering discipline.
• Have related construction experience in Mechanical system for semiconductor industry or other related industry.
• Proficient in Word/Excel/PowerPoint/AutoCAD/Project software
