Job summary

TSMC Arizona is seeking a Mechanical Construction Engineer to join our F21 FAB project in Phoenix, Arizona. You will contribute to constructing, supervising and managing new fab mechanical systems (HVAC, clean room, air abatement) and help resolve issues with cross‑functional teams.

A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in mechanical or related engineering is required, plus construction experience in semiconductor environments.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Environmental, Chemical Engineering or related field.
• Construction experience in Mechanical systems for semiconductor or related industries.
• Proficient in Word/Excel/PowerPoint/AutoCAD/Project software.

Responsibilities

• Participate in construction, supervision and management of FAB Mechanical systems (HVAC/clean room/air abatement).
• Cross-departmental communication and negotiation to resolve construction issues.
• New fab mechanical system commissioning.
• Comply with international regulations for New Fab construction.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Participate in the construction, supervision and management of new FAB Mechanical (HVAC/Clean room/Air abatement) systems.
• Cross-departmental communication and negotiation to resolve construction issues.
• New Fab Mechanical system commissioning.
• Comply with international regulations for New Fab construction.

Minimum Qualifications

Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the United States and have:

• Bachelor or Master's Degree in Mechanical, Environmental, Chemical Engineering or in a relevant Engineering discipline.
• Have related construction experience in Mechanical system for semiconductor industry or other related industry.
• Proficient in Word/Excel/PowerPoint/AutoCAD/Project software
