Bull Operator responsibilities include maintaining a fun, professional atmosphere while ensuring safety and smooth service for guests. You’ll verify ages, explain waivers, and operate the mechanical bull with care.

Qualifications

• At least one year of customer service experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must speak fluent English; other languages preferred.
• Good communication with guests and coworkers is essential.
• Attention to safety when working with guests and equipment.
• Alcohol awareness certification as required by local/state law.
• Reading and writing abilities for verification and paperwork.
• Basic math skills for crowd management and operations.
• Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide energetic, outgoing, and professional service to guests.
• Operate and maintain the bull pen equipment safely.
• Present promotions and inform guests of rules and waivers.
• Verify identification and ensure guests meet minimum age requirements.
• Assist guests with waivers and explain ride rules clearly.
• Report unsafe or malfunctioning equipment to a supervisor.
