Job summary

Jacobs is hiring a Mechanical Engineering Intern to support the Federal Buildings team in Greenville, SC or Atlanta, GA. You will assist in designing building mechanical systems, with emphasis on HVAC, while collaborating with engineers and designers across disciplines.

The role requires enrollment in Mechanical or Architectural Engineering, with at least two years of coursework completed, US citizenship, and familiarity with Revit or similar 3D software. Hybrid work and mentorship are provided.

Qualifications

• US Citizenship is required.
• Currently enrolled in a degree-seeking program for Mechanical or Architectural Engineering or another closely related field.
• Completion of at least 2 years of collegiate coursework.
• Interest in designing building mechanical systems, including HVAC and piping utilities, for buildings and facilities.
• Familiarity with Revit or other 3D software.
