Jacobs is seeking a Mechanical Engineering Intern to join our Federal Buildings team in Greenville, SC or Atlanta, GA. You will support the design of HVAC and building mechanical systems while collaborating with engineers, architects, and designers across disciplines.

Contribute to project coordination, data collection, and use of computer-aided engineering tools. Mentorship from Professional Engineers will guide your growth in analysis and design tasks on critical projects.

Qualifications

• Candidate must be enrolled in Mechanical or Architectural Engineering and have completed at least 2 years of coursework.
• Interest in designing building mechanical systems (HVAC and piping) for facilities.
• Familiarity with Revit or similar 3D design software.

Responsibilities

• Assist in designing building mechanical systems (HVAC and piping).
• Work with engineers and designers on multidisciplinary projects.
• Support analysis and design tasks with guidance from engineers.
