Job summary

HDR is seeking a Mechanical BIM Coordinator to support the Data Center market from our downtown Chicago office. You will assist in developing discipline models, deliver detailed drawings, and ensure accurate BIM outputs under the supervision of Engineers.

Qualifications

• 2+ years BIM/Revit experience.
• Prefers local candidates.
• Technically qualified with 3D design software.

Responsibilities

• Work for a specific discipline under supervision.
• Assist in developing the discipline model with guidance.
• Create discipline models, systems, content, and digital outputs.
• Model BIM elements accurately in the design environment.
• Prepare drawings, layouts, and diagrams using 3D software.
• Maintain the discipline model with project data and views.
• Produce discipline-specific documentation with accurate annotations.
