Electrical BIM Coordinator

We are seeking an Electrical BIM Coordinator with over 2 years of BIM/Revit experience to work at our downtown Chicago office. The role supports the electrical engineering team in building data center infrastructure.

Role and Responsibilities

• Work under direct supervision of an Engineer or other technical professional.
• Assist in development of discipline models, including systems, content, and overall digital delivery output.
• Accurately model BIM elements in the correct constraints using current 3D software.
• Prepare detailed drawings, layouts, and diagrams.
• Maintain the discipline model, including project information, coordinates, scales, orientations, scope boundaries, match‑lines, views, and sheets.
• Produce discipline‑specific documentation with accurate annotations on all modeling outputs.

Preferred Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in 3D modeling for reputable firms.
• Preference given to local candidates.

Required Qualifications

• Technical qualification with 3D design software and document management infrastructure.
• Competency of Microsoft Office products and communication tools.
• Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and organizational traits.
• Basic understanding of engineering or architectural concepts.
