Position Details / Responsibilities

• Project Coordination: Plan, organize, and direct the production of contracted scopes of work, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure all installations meet quality and mechanical code standards.
• Resource Management: Manage material and personnel requirements necessary to meet project schedules.
• Adherence to Standards: Uphold standards of quality, safety, and best practices in all project activities.

Here’s What We’re Looking For

• Experience: Superintendent with at least 3-7 years of experience managing entire new construction projects from inception to completion. Experience managing projects with an average mechanical contract value of $10M is required. Multi-family experience is preferred.
• Certification: OSHA 30 certification preferred.
• Licensing: An active Mechanical (HVAC) or Plumbing license.
• Knowledge: Proficient knowledge of the National Building Code, local codes, and construction safety requirements.
• Skills: Basic computer and writing skills are required.
