Job summary

TYG is seeking a hands-on Mechanical Superintendent to oversee the installation of HVAC, piping and plumbing systems on complex commercial construction projects in Pennsylvania. You will supervise daily field operations, coordinate trades, lead field crews and ensure safety, quality and on-time delivery while maintaining productivity and look-ahead schedules.

You’ll collaborate closely with Project Management and engineering teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Superintendent/Foreman experience with a mechanical contractor.
• Strong HVAC and mechanical systems knowledge.
• Experience on commercial, healthcare, industrial, advanced manufacturing or mission critical projects.
• Ability to lead large field teams.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• OSHA 30 preferred.
• Experience with commissioning and turnover processes is highly desirable.
