Stiles Machinery is hiring a Mechanical Assembler to build woodworking machinery models produced by HOMAG Machinery North America. You will inspect components, interpret blueprints, and ensure quality and proper tolerances.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years assembly production experience.
• Experience reading and using blueprints/schematics.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Able to navigate KanBan or similar production processes.
• Good communicator and reliable team member.

Responsibilities

• Assemble components per mechanical blueprints to build woodworking machinery.
• Perform diagnostics using hand/power tools and measurement equipment to verify accuracy and make adjustments.
• Troubleshoot and rework malfunctions identified during testing.
• Review production checklists for completeness and quality; perform repairs as needed.
• Support team members and maintain a clean, safe workstation.
