Job summary

You will create labor records, participate in continuous improvement using manufacturing principles, and work on-site with PPE requirements. Must have a high school diploma and 0-2 years manufacturing experience; must be legally eligible to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• Requires ability to read blueprints and identify components.
• Must wear PPE including respirator, gloves, and apron as required.
• Ability to communicate with management and peers clearly and professionally.
• Proficient with basic computer tasks: emails, training tests, etc.
• Proactively identify and resolve issues and escalate when needed.

Responsibilities

• Assemble components of all Product Lines. Select correct tools and fixtures.
• Test assembled products. Troubleshoot and resolve problems associated with the assembly and testing of products.
• Ensure ability to read blueprints; identify components; use pertinent hand tools and rework techniques; operate equipment, dimensioning and setting tolerances of mechanical parts and assemblies.
• Create labor records for all transactions.
• Use the guiding principles and tools of the Manufacturing System to drive continuous improvement.
