Qualifications

• Ability to read a tape measure, including fractions and decimals
• Ability to read blueprints or assembly drawings
• Experience using hand and power tools
• Good mechanical ability and attention to detail
• Ability to follow instructions and work safely
• Sufficient English to understand safety instructions, work documents, and production communication
• Willingness to complete a tape-measure assessment
