What You'll Be Doing

• Assembling and wiring low and medium voltage power distribution components such as switches, switchgear, circuit breakers and bus bars to specification
• Turning electrical schematics, blueprints and technical drawings into accurate, finished assemblies
• Installing control wiring, grounding, relays, sensors and other critical elements
• Testing completed gear and ensuring every assembly meets quality standards
• Diagnosing and resolving wiring or component issues, and replacing or repairing faulty parts
• Partnering with engineering and manufacturing teams to solve complex assembly challenges
• Keeping work orders, test records and inventory tracking accurate and complete
• Contributing ideas that improve quality and efficiency on the production floor

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, diagrams and blueprints
• Strong attention to detail, manual dexterity and problem-solving skills
• Comfort working independently and as part of a team in a production environment
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and handle prolonged standing, bending and kneeling
• A strong commitment to workplace safety and proper PPE use
• Technical certification or an associate's degree in an electrical or mechanical field is preferred
• Experience assembling or wiring electrical components, especially medium voltage, is a plus
• Familiarity with multimeters, oscilloscopes and power testing equipment is preferred
• Ability to supply your own personal tools is a plus

$23 - $27 per hour
