Job summary

Ipsen, Inc. is seeking a mechanically inclined Assembly Mechanic for full-time first shift openings in Souderton. The role involves hands-on mechanical assembly, reading drawings, and fabricating components.

Job Description

These are first shift positions. Overtime available as well as some on the job training.

• Must have hands on mechanical experience. Must be mechanically inclined.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings/blueprints. Good basic math skills are required.
• Experience in sheet metal fabrication is a plus.
• Prior forklift experience is helpful.

Qualifications

Qualified candidates will be able to pass a drug test & background check, ability to stand/walk up to 8 hours per day, lift up to 50 pounds and be authorized to work in the US. Must be reliable and have transportation.
