Job summary

HEPACART® Infection Control Technologies, Inc. is seeking two skilled fabricators for its final assembly department in the United States.

Candidates should be dependable, accurate, flexible, and capable of working with minimal supervision to assemble products from schematics and instructions. Responsibilities include using hand and power tools, inspecting finished assemblies, troubleshooting, and maintaining documentation.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble components according to schematics and work instructions.
  • Operate hand and power tools to assemble parts.
  • Inspect products to ensure they meet specifications and quality standards.
  • Troubleshoot issues during assembly.
  • Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment.
  • Document production data and report discrepancies.
  • Perform routine maintenance on assembly equipment and tools.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines and goals.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

Healthcare equipment manufacturer is seeking to fill two positions in our final assembly department. We need experienced and skilled fabricators that are dependable, accurate, flexible, and hard-working that requires minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

Include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Assembly: Putting together components or products according to schematics, and work instructions.
  • Tool Operation: Using hand and power tools to manipulate and assemble parts.
  • Quality Control: Inspecting assembled products to ensure they meet specifications and quality standards.
  • Troubleshooting: Identifying and resolving issues during the assembly process.
  • Safety Compliance: Following safety protocols and maintaining a safe work environment.
  • Documentation: Recording production data and reporting any discrepancies or issues.
  • Maintenance: Performing routine maintenance on assembly equipment and tools.
  • Collaboration: Working with team members to meet production deadlines and goals.
  • Continuous Improvement: Participating in initiatives to improve the assembly process.
Required Skills

Education and/or Experience:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED and 12 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.)

Other Qualifications:

Valid social security card, driver’s license or other valid I.D. Clean driving record is required. The ability to operate a forklift is helpful, but not essential.
