Job summary

Fives North American Combustion, Inc. in Cleveland, OH is seeking a Mechanical Assembler specialist to join our manufacturing team. The role involves reading drawings, assembling small to mid-sized units, and operating various presses and hand tools on the production floor.

Qualifications

• Able to read and understand drawings and assembly instructions.
• Experience using basic hand tools and small machinery.

Responsibilities

• Loads and unloads machines and conducts fastening or light metal-cutting on assembly line.
• Assembles products, tests units, and passes to next stage.
• Aligns and bolts components using hand or powered tools.
• Installs moving parts and tests free movement of assemblies.
• Operates drill presses and other equipment as needed.
• Maintains documentation for produced parts per BOM.
