Aerotek is seeking entry-level Assemblers for an onsite role in Anoka, MN. You will assemble copper piping and rubber tubing for high-density liquid cooling systems using hand and power tools, and you will learn brazing and grinding techniques while reading blueprints.

No prior manufacturing experience is required. We offer 1st, 2nd and 3rd shifts with weekly pay and a contract-to-hire path, plus comprehensive benefits and growth potential within a large manufacturing team.

Job Description

We are hiring Entry-Level Assemblers to join a growing manufacturing team in Anoka, MN. In this role, you will assemble copper piping and rubber tubing for high-density liquid cooling products using hand and power tools. You will also read blueprints, build mechanical assemblies, and learn skills such as brazing and grinding.

No previous manufacturing experience is required. We are looking for motivated individuals who are interested in building a long-term career in manufacturing.

Schedule & Pay

1st Shift

• Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
• Pay: $20.00/hr

2nd Shift

• Monday-Friday, 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM
• Shift differential available

3rd Shift

• Overnight shift available
• Shift differential available

Mandatory overtime may be required, including occasional Saturdays.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Anoka, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.85/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
