• Operate cranes/hoists or lift tables as needed

We strive to recruit the best talent in the industry and give employees opportunities for continuing education and training to help them advance in their careers.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesPerform skilled fitting and/or mechanical or hydraulic type assembly of parts, sub-assemblies, and related units using a variety of hand tools, power tools, or equipmentPerform in-depth inspection to ensure the product meets specifications and quality standardsDo aligning, adjusting, and required secondary machiningWork from drawings and specifications and shop ordersUse required precision measuring instruments and gauging devicesOperate cranes and hoists or lift tablesIdentify product defects and report on issues to appropriate personnelKeep accurate production records/logs etc.Comply with health and safety guidelines and rules; managers should also ensure compliance across their teamsProtect Chamberlain Group’s and Systems’ reputation by keeping information confidentialMaintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reading professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societiesContribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results and participating on projects as neededMinimum QualificationsNo minimum education required1+ year of experience in a manufacturing environment or can demonstrate sufficient competence in areaIntermediate understanding of mechanical concepts/mechanical aptitudeWorking knowledge of hydraulic and electrical systemsAbility to lift up to 50 pounds and push/pull up to 100 poundsAbility to stand, walk, and sit upAbility to use hand to finger, handle, and feelAbility to climb and balanceAbility to stoop, kneel, bend, crouch, and crawlAbility to reach with hands and armsAbility to see, talk, and hearPreferred QualificationsPrior experience in a manufacturing environmentThe pay range for this position is $18.41 - $28.62/hr. Base pay offered may vary depending on a number of factors including, but not limited to, the position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience. In addition to base pay, also offered is a comprehensive benefits package and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
