Job summary

Systems, LLC, an affiliate of Chamberlain Group, is a U.S.-based manufacturer of loading dock equipment with facilities in Germantown, WI and Malvern, AR. The role involves setting up equipment per prints, operating diverse machinery, and ensuring quality and safety in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

We offer a $1000 sign-on bonus and a comprehensive benefits package including a 401(k). Candidates must be able to lift up to 50 lb and operate forklifts with certification eligibility.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing and/or warehouse environment.
• Ability to accurately read a tape measure to 1/32".
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and push/pull up to 100 pounds.
• Ability to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Set up equipment per print specifications and work instructions; make adjustments to maintain set-up.
• Perform daily and/or weekly operator equipment maintenance.
• Operate iron worker, press brakes, hydraulic shear, band saw, milling machines, plasma and other equipment.
• Read blueprints and work orders to determine appropriate operations to be performed.
• Drive forklift and maintain necessary certification.
• Label materials produced and scan shop orders within an ERP system.

Base pay offered may vary depending on a number of factors including, but not limited to, the position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience. In addition to base pay, also offered is a comprehensive benefits package and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
