Qualifications

• Assemble sub-assemblies, final assemblies, and systems per drawings and BOMs.
• Use hand tools and small power tools correctly.
• Learn precision measuring tools and tolerances.
• Basic knowledge of pneumatic schematics and symbols.
• Learn water/hydraulic schematics and plumbing.
• Inspect all work before passing to next operation.
• Perform repairs/refurbishments to return assemblies to working state.
• Keep supervisor informed of potential issues.

Responsibilities

• Assemble sub-assemblies and systems per drawings and instructions.
• Operate hand tools and power tools.
• Learn and apply precision measuring and tolerances.
• Read pneumatic/hydraulic schematics and plumbing diagrams.
• Inspect completed work and perform repairs as needed.
• Provide production support and coordinate with other departments.
• Conduct inventory cycle counts.
• Follow all safety policies.
