Job summary

RTX is seeking an entry-level assembler for the 1st shift (Mon-Fri, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM) at our US facility. You will learn to set up, assemble, and load parts, using basic hand and machine tools, while following procedures and ensuring quality standards. Overtime may be required to meet production deadlines.

The role emphasizes safety, adherence to EH&S policies, and continuous improvement activities. A HS diploma or GED is required, with manufacturing experience preferred for advancement

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.

Responsibilities

• Learn to set up, assemble, and load parts.
• Demonstrate proper use of simple hand and machine tools with basic troubleshooting around setup and function.
• Interpret schematics and follow assembly instructions.
• Maintain quality standards and identify defects to ensure customer deadlines are met.
