Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing or assembly environments.
• Ability to read and understand drawings and assembly instructions.
• Experience using basic hand tools and small machinery.
• Experience using overhead cranes and hoists preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude to diagnose and solve manufacturing problems.

Responsibilities

• Loads and unloads machines to perform fastening, light metal-cutting, or assembly operations.
• Assembles products, subassemblies, and components using hand tools and equipment.
• Mounts components, aligns and bolts or rivets parts together.
• Operates machinery such as drill presses and balancing machines.
• Inspects products to ensure they meet customer requirements and company standards.
