Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, or technical instructions.
• Stamina to lift heavy items and stand long periods; perform repetitive tasks.
• Detail-oriented with manual dexterity and quality focus.
• Team-oriented, safety-conscious and able to follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Build mechanical and electronic components into finished products by following assembly instructions, blueprints, and schematics.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and machinery safely and efficiently to ensure correct assemblies.
• Inspect parts for defects to catch issues early.
• Ensure finished products meet quality standards with checks and adjustments as needed.
• Follow safety protocols and report unsafe conditions immediately.
• Help the team hit daily, weekly, and monthly production targets and deadlines.
• Communicate with teammates and supervisors to maintain workflow.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and store tools properly.
• Complete assembly reports, quality checklists, and production logs accurately.
• Spot and report mechanical or operational issues during assembly.
