TOPS Staffing is hiring Mechanical Assemblers for a well-established manufacturing company in Irwin, PA. This afternoon shift offers a 4-day workweek, 3:30pm–1:30am, with overtime on Fridays and pay up to $22/hour based on experience.

You will read blueprints, assemble valves and mechanical components, and use hand and power tools while adhering to quality standards. A bonus program and long-term career potential accompany a stable team environment.

Qualifications

• Previous mechanical assembly or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Ability to read blueprints or assembly drawings.
• Experience using common hand and power tools.

Responsibilities

• Assemble industrial ball valves and mechanical components.
• Read and follow blueprints, assembly drawings, and work instructions.
• Use hand and power tools including wrenches, sockets, screwdrivers, and torque tools.
• Inspect parts during assembly to ensure quality standards are met.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals.

Mechanical Assembler - Afternoon shift

4-Day Workweek | Up to $22.00/hr | Annual Bonus Opportunity

Schedule & Pay

• Monday – Thursday
  
• 3:30pm to 1:30am(4 x 10-hour schedule)
  
• Overtime available on Fridays
  
• Pay: Up to $22/hour, based on experience
  

Bonus Opportunity: Once hired by the company, production employees are eligible for an annual performance bonus that has exceeded $6,000 per year.

What You'll Do
