At Thern, we’re looking for people who take pride in building things the right way — not just fast, but right.
Our ideal Mechanical Assembler enjoys hands‑on work, pays attention to detail, and takes ownership of the quality of what leaves their bench. You’re dependable, focused, and comfortable in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment, but you never sacrifice craftsmanship for speed. You understand that how something is built matters just as much as getting it out the door.
In this role, you’ll assemble, test, and inspect power winches, reducers, and rigging equipment used in demanding environments such as mines, construction sites, barge operations, and theaters. The work you do directly impacts the safety and success of our customers, which is why accuracy, teamwork, and accountability are essential.
At Thern, Inc., we’ve spent more than 75 years building lifting and positioning equipment customers trust. We do that by hiring people who get stuff done, pursue excellence, look out for one another, and always do the right thing. If you want a role where your skills are valued and your work truly matters, you’ll fit in well here.
Other duties may be assigned.
