Mechanical Assembler

Location: Maple Grove, MN

Compensation: $22.17-$24.14 per hour - paid weekly

Job Type: Temporary/Contract

Schedule

• 1st Shift | 5:30am-3:00pm (Mon-Thurs), 6:00am-10:00am (Friday)
• 2nd Shift | 3:00pm-1:30am (Mon-Thurs)

In this role, you will perform hands-on assembly work in a fast-pace manufacturing environment, using tools and following detailed procedures to ensure product accuracy and efficiency. You will collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals while maintaining a safe and organized workspace.

What You'll Do as a Mechanical Assembler

• Assemble units and components according to engineering drawings and work instructions
• Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring devices to complete precise assembly tasks
• Inspect parts and finished products to ensure quality and specification compliance
• Report defects, shortages, or equipment issues promptly to supervisors

What You Need to Bring
