Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 7+ years of manufacturing or mechanical assembly experience preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
• Experience with hand and power tools and precision inspection equipment.
• Ability to lift/move equipment safely in a manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, assembly drawings, and parts lists to complete complex assemblies.
• Assemble mechanical systems, conveyor equipment, and custom machinery to precise specifications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, fitment, alignment, and operational issues with minimal supervision.
• Perform equipment setup, testing, alignment, and functional verification to ensure quality standards are met.
• Train and mentor junior assemblers on techniques, blueprint reading, safety practices, and quality expectations.
• Safely rig, move, and position equipment and large assemblies throughout the facility.
• Complete production and quality documentation while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
