A leading company is seeking an HVAC Repair Technician for immediate hiring in Westminster, MD. The technician will support the repair and maintenance of HVAC systems for passenger trains. Job description

HVAC Repair Technician

Location: Westminster, MD

Immediate need!

Pay: $20.55/hr

Shift: 1st shift, 6am - 2pm

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in the repair, troubleshooting, or overhaul of HVAC mechanical and electrical equipment for passenger trains.
• Disassemble equipment and clean as needed.
• Perform basic initial evaluation and inspection of equipment.
• Document evaluation findings and generate Technician Evaluation Reports.
• Route wires and install crimp terminations and connectors as instructed.
• Perform component-level testing as required.
• Interpret readings on gauges, indicators, and dials.
• Perform scheduled and unscheduled preventative maintenance and calibration.
• Support and assist other technicians and team members as directed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Trade School training in HVAC, CFC certification preferred.
