Mechanical Assembler
Schedule: Day Shift (7AM-3:30PM)

Full-Time | Non-Exempt
Salary Range: $21-$23HRLY DOE

In this role, you will assemble mechanical components with accuracy and consistency while collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet production and quality goals. You will also gain exposure to continuous improvement initiatives and advanced manufacturing processes.

How Will You Make an Impact?
  • Build mechanical assemblies with strict adherence to established processes and vPoke principles
  • Ensure components are properly handled, inspected, and installed with precision
  • Cross-train to support multiple functions across the mechanical production floor and other departments
  • Partner with production supervisors and team members to meet output and quality targets
  • Follow all safety, quality, and company compliance standards
  • Support process improvement initiatives and team-based projects
  • Maintain accurate work practices in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
What You Bring
  • Basic mechanical assembly skills; prior experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions and procedures
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Positive attitude and strong teamwork mindset
  • Flexibility to work extended hours based on business needs

Physical Requirements
  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
