• Previous mechanical assembly, manufacturing, production, or related experience preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to work with hand and power tools.
• Ability to read and follow assembly instructions and blueprints is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Assemble components for heavy-duty automotive lifts according to specifications and quality standards.
• Work as part of a small assembly team, typically four members with assigned responsibilities.
• Receive training on assembly processes and perform duties independently once trained.
• Use hand and power tools to fit, secure, and assemble parts.
• Inspect assemblies to ensure accuracy, functionality, and quality.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain efficient workflow and meet production goals.
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Assist with testing and troubleshooting assembled components as needed.

Mechanical Assembler

Location: Streator, IL Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:30 AM - 4:30 PM Pay: $20.00 - $23.75 per hour (higher starting pay may be considered based on experience and skill set)
