Job summary

Sanmina Corporation in San Jose, CA is seeking an Electronics Assembly Operator to perform a range of electrical and electro-mechanical assembly tasks. You will read blueprints, install components, solder by hand, and harness cables while following established methods and tolerances.

Required are 2+ years in electronic sub-assemblies and system integration, plus the ability to interpret color codes and IDs. Weekend availability and lifting 15–30 lbs are expected at times.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 2+ years of experience and knowledge of electronic sub assemblies & system integration.
• Must be able to read and understand the color code and components ID.
• Ability to work under microscope when required.

Job Purpose:

Performs a wide variety of electronic or electro-mechanical assembly operations on assemblies or sub-assemblies. Determines and/or follows methods and sequence of operations in performing wiring, component installation, hand soldering and cable harnessing on assembly units. Makes setups and adjustments holding tolerances to blueprint specifications.

Nature of Duties/Responsibilities:

• Must have at least 2 + years of experience and knowledge of electronic sub assemblies & system integration
• Must be able to read and understanding the color code and components ID.
• Ability to work under microscope when require.

Salary Range(annual): $39,520 - $43,680 ($19 - $21 / hourly)
