Sanmina Corporation is hiring for an entry-level assembler in San Jose, CA. You will perform electronic and electro-mechanical assembly tasks, including wiring, soldering, and harnessing, following blueprints and quality standards.

The role emphasizes attention to detail and precise work, with some weekend availability required. This position supports our manufacturing operations across the EMS space, offering growth opportunities as you gain experience in sub-assemblies and system integration

Qualifications

• 0-1 year of experience in electronic sub-assemblies & system integration.
• Able to read and understand color code and component IDs.
• Ability to work under a microscope when required.

What You’ll Do

Performs a wide variety of electronic or electro-mechanical assembly operations on assemblies or sub-assemblies. Determines and/or follows methods and sequence of operations in performing wiring, component installation, hand soldering and cable harnessing on assembly units. Makes setups and adjustments holding tolerances to blueprint specifications.

• Have 0-1 year of experience and knowledge of electronic sub assemblies & system integration.
• Be able to read and understand the color code and components ID is preferred.
• Ability to work under microscope when require.

• Previous knowledge of electronic sub assemblies & system integration is preferred.
• Be able to lift up to 15-30 pounds.
• Be able to work during weekend & flexibility time if need be.

At Sanmina, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $39,520 - $43,680 ($19 - $21 / hour) and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
