Liberty Personnel Services, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Mechanical Assembler for a manufacturing team in Massapequa, NY.

You will assemble, fit, and secure mechanical components according to blueprints and specifications, while maintaining quality and safety procedures. Responsibilities include reading drawings, using hand and power tools, performing foam encapsulation, inspecting finished products, and reporting discrepancies.

Responsibilities:

Assemble, fit, align, and secure mechanical components using hand and power tools.

Read and follow blueprints, engineering drawings, and assembly instructions.

Perform foam encapsulation and staking processes according to established procedures.

Inspect completed assemblies for proper fit, function, and workmanship.

Identify and report assembly issues or discrepancies.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Follow all production, quality, and safety procedures.

Qualifications:

Previous mechanical assembly or manufacturing experience preferred.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.

Experience using common hand and power tools.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Foam encapsulation or staking experience is a plus.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Salary range: $45,000-$48,000, based on experience.
